Hi Dmitry, building my airplane took about 9 months for 2 people working every day. We purchased a kit along with detailed building instructions.
I can fly about 4 hours at a speed of 65 miles per hour. Living in a small country (Israel), I can get anywhere without fueling.

Hey Atzmon, building your own airplane it's something not a lot of people can say about what they have done. I am very impressed really. How long did it take you to do that? It must have been a while and a lot of hard work. By the way, I wanted to find out how far can it take you?

Hi Urzula, Well some people say that a small airplane like mine is more scary than a Jumbo... I do not feel that way.
Will you feel differently if you realize that flying is less risky than driving a car where you are at the mercy of all other crazy drivers on the road?
I believe the more you fly the more you get used to it... but you will have to feel it for yourself.

Hi there, just wanted to introduce myself and say how much I admire people like you. The reason for that? I am scare of flying :)
Maybe can get some tips from you, how to keep myself calm? All this strange noises and turbulences. brrrr :)
I have never been on a small plane before. Do you get similar experiences? And is it true that the more you fly the more you get use to it?
All the best

Hi Dmitri,
I learnt to fly a good number of years ago, but only last year I built my own airplane and started flying a lot...
It is a great hobby indeed.
