When you are feeling constantly tired without a reason, there is some tips how to burst your energy levels. Try to go for a walk every morning and every evening on a daily basis.
If you like to try some old methods to keep yourself feeling great I recommend sauna. Extreme temperatures are really great for your body. They wake you up! My favourite activity is to jump straight from the heat into the snow and rub your skin with it. I know it sounds challenging, but the feeling you get afterwards.? I promise you will be like a newborn :)
I would advise talking to your doctor before throwing yourself into the heat. Some small things, like high blood pressure might prevent you from doing that.
