Has anyone tried Georgian cuisine before? I bet that the answer is no. Recently my friend showed me a very nice recipe for a traditional Georgian dish - Chahohbili. It's quite simple to make and has plenty of character and taste. If you want to try it out here is the recipe. Happy cooking!

Recently I was thinking to cook something special and while searching on the net I found this recipe for cottage pie. The recipe is by Gordon Ramsey so I decided it would be a good idea to try as I never cooked anything from people like him. I must say that after I have tasted the pie I understood why his food is so popular. I defiantly recommend it. You can view the recipe here.

I've never baked before in my life and I've decided it's time to try it. So I had my first attempt yesterday at my favourite dessert - chocolate cake. It's not very hard to make at all and it tastes great. You can view some picture of this chocolate cake here and get the recipe here.
