Baking chocolate cake with real cacao and ground almonds
Here are some pictures of the chocolate cake I've baked recently. Here is what you need: 180g cacao, finely grated, 250g unsalted butter, 125g golden caster sugar, 50g light muscovado sugar, 6 eggs, 100g ground almonds.
You can view the original recipe here. It's called Willie's cloud forest chocolate cake made with 100 per cent cacao and I can assure you it tastes great.
