Cooking recipe: salmon masala in tomato sauce with spinach and green beans
This is my first attempt in cooking fish curry with salmon. Curries also work really well with other vegetables, so I've added some green beans and spinach leaves. The main sauce is done from chopped tomatoes. Some of the spices used are: masala, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, chilli powder, salt, pepper. I will add the recipe how to cook this curry as well later on. For now here are some pictures. Happy food eating!
