Cooking recipe: creamy garlic and onion mussels

Creamy garlic and onion mussels.
What do you need:
- mussels, around 2 kg for 4 people
- chopped garlic, 3 or 4 pieces
- chopped onion, one medium
- fresh chopped parsley
- double cream
- dry white wine, ½ bottle
Wash the mussels and clean the shells properly. Warm up a big sauce-pan and place the mussels with garlic and onion. Shake it until it is steamed.
Add white wine so the mussels are covered and cook it for 2 minutes.
When all the mussels are open separate the liquid which you need to cook now until is reduced to very small amount. The final touch is adding the cream and pouring the sauce all over the mussels. Lots of fresh chopped parsley to go with it and the dish is ready!
