Ingredients you need:
1. Carrots - 8/10
2. Olive oil - 150 ml
3. Coriander seeds - 30-35
4. Garlic - 4 cloves
5. Cider vinegar - 50 ml
6. Salt, chilli pepper powder
It probably takes around 15 minutes to make it and believe me it tastes great. Start with grating the carrots. When the carrots are ready add chilli pepper powder, garlic and salt. Mix well.
Start heating the olive oil, add the coriander seeds and keep on the low heat until the coriander seeds will start giving away its flavours. Keep for another couple of minutes. Be careful though not to drop any water in the oil as it could be quite dangerous.
When the oil is ready just pour over the carrots and mix well, ad the cider vinegar to taste (I like it a bit sour) and leave to cool down.
It can be a great addition to the main course or just a snack with a sandwich.
