I started to things with may "hands" since I was very young.
I remember crocheting a small blanket for my Barbie doll when I was 7. Wasn't that perfect, but useful!
My grandmother and mother were my teachers, they were very industrious women, like many in South of Italy, were I was born and where I lived until 2005.
I start to sew more professionally at the age of 25, learning how to draw patterns to cut my clothes, in a professional course form a tailor and I have done almost 200 by now!
I also spent more than 6 years to finish a king size cotton blanket and another wool blanket for my "corredo" , to prepare to get married, and I always crochet when I sit on my sofa!
It must be just a bad 'perversion"...!!
