Metal Casting Is a Great Hobby

I have been casting metal for about 10 years, more or less. I got started because I wanted to make an Anchor for our fish tank. I never have gotten around to doing that project! I like to make things myself to get things cheaper and (hopefully) better quality. I started out making a furnace from a freon canister. I built it so that it could use charcoal right away and could also use propane when I got my burner built. Charcoal is the quick way to get started. Indian recipe: chicken with spinach

I love Indian food and Chicken is one of my favourites as well. I came across this fantastic recipe which combines the two together. It tastes absolutely fantastic. Here is the recipe: Ingredients 500g spinach leaves, washed 6 tbsp vegetable oil 3 black cardamom pods 2 bay leaves 5cm piece cinnamon 3-4 green chillies, pricked with a knife 1 large onion, chopped 2cm piece ginger, peeled and chopped 11 garlic cloves, peeled, left whole 3 large tomatoes, cut into quarters 800g chicken, jointed, skin removed 2 tsp ground coriander 1.5 tsp garam masala salt, to taste 4 tbsp...

How to make Vegetable pakoras

This is an Indian dish and you could have it as a starter for your main meal. Pakoras are made from stuffing ingredients that are dipped in gram flour and deep fried.
