Chinese sweet chilli chicken with vegetables
One of the best Chinese flavours is sweet chilli. I prefer darker sauces though, like black bean sauce, but my wife like the lighter ones. This on is her favourite and is cooked with plenty of vegetables: carrots, aubergines, peppers, spring onions, etc. Rice noodles as I side dish. Plenty of beautiful colours in this dish!
