Cooking recipe: roast leg of lamb with rosemary, anchovies and garlic
Any holiday is not a holiday without a nice roast. This time I decided to cook a roast leg lamb with rosemary, anchovies and garlic. This was recommended to me by one of my work colleges. The recipe is quite simple and quick to make. All you need is leg or half leg of lamb, small tin of anchovies, few cloves of garlic, salt pepper and rosemary. You can view full recipe here
