Cooking recipe: the poor man's meat, by Alexandre Dumas

This recipe is not mine and is one of Alexandre Dumas's from his wonderful book - Dictionary of Cuisine.

Put some boiled diced beef on the frying pan and sprinkle some salt, pepper, finely chopped parsley and onion on top. Add a little bit of fat (beef preferably) and crushed garlic (1 - 2 cloves). Add 200 ml of good stock / bullion and some breadcrumbs. Cook on the low heat for around 15 minutes and serve!!! Enjoy it!

Note: If Louis XV(King of France and Navarre from 1774 until 1791) did not have this dish for more than a week he used ask for it himself. Pretty impressive!!!
